Above-Market Pay
Experienced technicians earn $28–$42/hour base, plus emergency call-out bonuses and performance incentives.
Flexible Scheduling
Choose your zone and shift. We offer 4-day work weeks, night differential pay, and optional weekend emergency shifts.
Health & Dental
Full medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days. We cover 80% of premiums for you and your family.
Take-Home Service Vehicle
Assigned, fully-stocked truck with all tools and parts provided. No need to use your own vehicle or buy equipment.
Paid Training & Certification
We pay for factory certification courses (LiftMaster, Clopay, IDEA) and ongoing technical training.
All Tools Provided
Full tool package, uniforms, PPE, and safety equipment supplied on day one. You show up, we equip you.
Technician requirements
- 2+ years of garage door installation or repair experience
- Valid NY driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders/roofs
- Comfortable with on-call emergency response shifts
- Own basic hand tools (power tools and specialty equipment provided)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
IDEA Certification a plus
Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation (IDEA) certification is preferred but not required — we'll sponsor your certification if you're the right fit.
